this is bad to the bone my guy

People spend years of their life honing and perfecting their craft, and for you to just rip it and post it on newgrounds without permission is crazy to me.

I could tell it was stolen within the first few seconds. You used a youtube to mp3 converter. But I looked it up anyways.

banger, would bang harder with some sidechain! great work

Evernam993N responds:

ah, good advice, thanks!
how can i forget such method!?

the vocals are mixed fantastically, I think a tad less low end on the kick, around 80Hz, and an overall decrease around 250Hz would work wonders.

GameBoyFireworks responds:

Thanks so much for the detailed critique and 5 star!

i like the vibe. reminds me of donkey kong country. I bet if you added a few octave siwtches on that bass line it would really pop and be more interesting. i would also have that panning tremelo hit a little less hard. good work!!!

love the vibe. i would turn the feedback down on the delay effect though, it starts to distort itself a big in a feedback loop.

bro this is dope! if you make another song like this, add a lead synth that shifts octaves really fast. in lots of synths you can link an LFO to an octave switch. give it a square wave and you'll get some real chiptune vibes going. keep up the dope stuff

this is great! i think the main synth being panned to the left would sound better!! love it

fat as fuck. that ride at the beginning would sound really cool with some reverb on it

FwWFW responds:

Thanks, I'll consider that

i love that 303 style bassline, the overdrive really sells it. i would turn it down just a tad tho. sounds dope dude

Hyenaedon responds:
